• Expert Sounding Board access for the whole executive team for the duration
• Structured Advisory support for the team leader / CEO throughout the programme
• Confidential 1:1 conversations with each team member at the beginning of the process to set goals and build trust and insights; and at the end of the process to debrief and feed back on progress and future development needs
• Monthly customisable team development workshops to dramatically accelerate team learning and shared growth
• Regular reviews with CEO on insights, aspirations, options, and decisions likely to be required to achieve the leadership vision

This programme begins with an immersion session with the CEO on goals and outcomes, alongside a current situation appraisal.

From there, we chart a course of intensive team development to accelerate progress and shine a clear, objective light on hidden barriers and challenges to success.

Throughout, I provide continuous assessment, feedback and iteration of plans if required, to maximise the potential for positive outcomes for all concerned.
