Much has been said about the need for consolidation across the UK charity sector to improve efficiency, sustainability and social impact. Conversely, public trust is highest in small, community organisations and there is an equally strong case for increasing innovation, diversity and localism through incubation, collaboration and local partnerships, rather than integration.
These two approaches are part of a much broader a spectrum of models, all of which have the potential to increase the effectiveness of the sector and the organisations within it, whether enabling change for individuals, communities or broader social systems. Only by understanding the effectiveness of these models in different situations, and what it takes to develop and sustain them, can CEOs hope to set an informed strategic direction and deliver on the potential that they can offer.
To share experiences, insights and solutions to this increasingly important question, I am hosting a complimentary online breakfast seminar, exclusively for charity CEOs, on Tuesday the 28th April 2020 on Collaboration and Consolidation. This session will provide a unique opportunity for facilitated, in-depth, open and honest discussion with a high-level group of peers, supported with straight-forward frameworks and successful examples.

The seminar will begin at 8:30am on Zoom and will finish at 10:30am.
