May’s CEO breakfast seminar on commercial capabilities, was clearly very popular. Not only have several CEOs who couldn’t make the date asked for it to be re-run (Jan 26th 2017 click here for details), but several that did attend, have asked if I can run a similar sesion for their direct reports.
So for the first time ever, I am hosting a breakfast seminar for the next generation of major charity leaders. It will be 9am to 11am on Wednesday 8th March in the Euston area of London. The full invitation and topic details are below.

The landscape in which charities operate is changing rapidly and as a consequence, many of the skills and capabilities we need to succeed are changing too.
Since 2001, the total value of individual giving has grown by just 6% while earned income has literally doubled, from £12bn to £24bn – to the point where it now provides over 55% of the sector’s income. Income diversification, social enterprise, and business model development, are now integral to the strategies of most charities, but the twin challenges of culture and capability continue to hold back initiatives and frustrate rapid progress.
To understand how your organisation will need to change in order to overcome these challenges, I’d like to invite you to join our Charity Leaders Breakfast, 9-11am on Wednesday 8th March 2017 in the Euston area of London. You will walk away with proven, practical and directly applicable ideas to help develop the three most critical areas of commercial capability, and overcome the three most common cultural barriers.
Access to these seminars is usually exclusive to CEOs of the UK’s largest charities – you can read what they have said about them here. For the first, and possibly only time, I am extending invitations for the March seminar to their teams – the next generation of sector leaders.
